Refund & Cancellation Policy

Creation Freight Solutions (“we”, “us”, “our”) provides freight forwarding, logistics, and transport management services. Due to the nature of our services, our refund and cancellation terms differ from standard retail businesses.
 


 

1. Services overview
 

Our services include arranging transport, logistics coordination, warehousing, and freight management on behalf of customers and their consignments.

Once a shipment has been booked, scheduled, or dispatched with carriers or third-party partners, costs are often incurred immediately.
 


 

2. Cancellations
 

You may request to cancel a booking or service by contacting us as soon as possible.
 

* If a shipment or service has not yet been confirmed or dispatched, a full or partial refund may be issued at our discretion.
* If the shipment has already been booked with a carrier, in transit, or services have already begun, cancellation may not be possible, and charges may still apply in full or in part.
 


 

3. Refunds
 

Refunds are assessed on a case-by-case basis and depend on the stage of the service.
 

Refunds may be considered if:
 

* An error has been made by Creation Freight Solutions
* A service cannot be fulfilled by us or our partners
* A cancellation is approved before costs have been incurred

Refunds will not be issued for:

* Services already completed or in progress
* Carrier or third-party charges already incurred
* Delays outside of our control (e.g. customs, weather, port delays, carrier issues)
 


 

4. Third-party services
 

We work with third-party carriers, warehouses, and logistics providers. Their terms and conditions may also apply to your shipment. Any costs charged by third parties are non-refundable once incurred.


 

5. Customs, duties, and import/export charges
 

Any customs duties, taxes, or government charges are outside of our control and are non-refundable.
 


 

6. Processing refunds
 

If a refund is approved:
 

* It will be processed using the original payment method where possible
* Processing times may take 5–10 working days depending on your bank or provider
 


 

7. Disputes
 

If you believe you have been charged incorrectly, please contact us immediately so we can review the issue.
 

We aim to resolve all disputes fairly and promptly.
